At Rides Audit, every report is generated as soon as your order is confirmed. Because our service is delivered digitally and instantly, refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis under the terms below.

You did not receive your report via email within 8 hours of your confirmed purchase.

⚠️ Refunds are not issued simply because the vehicle history was unfavorable or because you changed your mind after purchase. Digital reports are considered delivered once sent to your email.
