RidesAudit Ltd ("RidesAudit", "we", "us", "our") operates ridesaudit.com, providing digital vehicle and vessel history reports. We sell pre-purchase due diligence reports covering ownership history, outstanding finance, write-off/salvage status, theft records, and registration status for cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, boats, jet skis, yachts, and commercial vessels.
We do not provide background checks, identity verification, or any form of personal/individual screening on people. Our reports relate exclusively to vehicles and vessels identified by VIN, registration number, or Hull Identification Number (HIN).
Our services are for personal or business pre-purchase due diligence use. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a report. You are responsible for entering accurate vehicle or vessel identification information (VIN, registration, or HIN) at the time of order â reports are generated based on the identifiers you provide.
RidesAudit compiles report data from a combination of government registries, insurance industry databases, and licensed commercial data providers. We do not create or originate the underlying records â we aggregate and present data sourced from third parties.
â ī¸ While we take reasonable steps to use reliable and current data sources, RidesAudit does not guarantee that any report is 100% complete, accurate, or up to date. Third-party registries may contain errors, omissions, or delays in reporting. Reports should be used as a decision-making aid and are not a substitute for an independent mechanical inspection or marine survey prior to purchase.
Reports are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, within the delivery window stated for your selected package (Basic, Standard, or Premium). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed to the minute, though we aim to meet them in the large majority of cases.
All prices are displayed in GBP and are fixed at the point of purchase â there is no negotiated or "contact us" pricing. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. RidesAudit does not store full card details on its own servers.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a refund applies where a report fails to generate, is not delivered within the stated window, or contains a verifiable factual error caused by our system. Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is not refundable on the basis of its contents (e.g. a clean history result).
All reports and site content are the intellectual property of RidesAudit Ltd and may not be shared, resold, or republished without permission. Reports are licensed for the personal use of the purchasing individual or business only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RidesAudit's total liability arising from any report or use of our service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific report. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from a purchase decision made in reliance on a report.
You may not use RidesAudit reports to stalk, harass, or make decisions about any individual person. Our service is strictly limited to vehicle and vessel identification data and must not be used for any purpose relating to identifying, tracking, or screening individuals.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
